- I was looking around aminet the other day and saw an Amiga port of the TIN
- newsreader, which was supposed to work with AmiTCP and NNTP. Well, I'm not
- that familiar with TCP, and NNTP etc. except that I have managed to get
- things like mosaic and lynx going. Also, I am running under 2.1 so I don't
- get the datatype capabilities. The TIN port seems to want to work, but
- everytime I start it up I get the following error:
-
- "memory exhausted trying to allocate 65604 bytes in file /src/memory.c/rec 112
-
- I don't have the source, and wouldn't understand it if I did. I assume the
- message means the problems occur in memory.c at line 112? I don't
- understand why there should be a problem allocating 65604 bytes.
-
- Anyway, if anyone can help,, it would be appreciated.
-
- Thanks!
